Is TrustZe free for homeowners?
Yes. Browsing city hubs, reading guides, and requesting a contractor match is free for homeowners. You hire and pay the independent contractor directly. TrustZe does not add a homeowner fee on top of the trade work.
Does TrustZe perform the plumbing, HVAC, or remodel work?
No. TrustZe screens and matches. We are not the trade company on the job, we do not supervise crews on site, and we do not guarantee workmanship. That keeps our role honest: help you find a vetted local pro, then you manage the hire.
What does “vetted” mean on TrustZe?
Vetted means we review license status where a state board applies, confirm general liability insurance when provided, check local business and service-area fit, and look at review history tied to TrustZe leads. It does not mean every contractor is perfect for every job — you still compare scopes, timelines, and written estimates.
Which cities does TrustZe cover today?
