By using trustze.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What TrustZe Is

TrustZe is a referral platform. We are not a contractor, employer of contractors, or guarantor of any work performed. Contractors listed or introduced through TrustZe are independent businesses.

2. Homeowner Use

• TrustZe is free for homeowners.
• Any contract, pricing, warranty, or dispute is solely between you and the contractor you hire.
• We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes of any project.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and project information.

3. Contractor Use

• Contractors must maintain valid licenses and insurance where required by law.
• Misrepresentation of credentials may result in immediate removal.
• Participation in the TrustZe network does not constitute an exclusive relationship unless agreed in writing.

4. No Emergency Services

TrustZe does not provide emergency dispatch. For life-threatening situations, call 911. For urgent home emergencies, contact a licensed contractor directly.

5. Content & Reviews

User-submitted content must be truthful and not defamatory. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustZe is not liable for any damages arising from contractor work, delays, property damage, or disputes between users and contractors. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed $100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TrustZe against claims arising from your use of the Site or your relationship with any contractor.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
