TrustZe Editorial Standards
Direct answer: TrustZe publishes home-service guides and city hubs as a matching broker. Content is reviewed by the TrustZe screening team against licensing/insurance norms and broker honesty rules — we do not invent named experts, fake reviews, or fake company profiles.
Who reviews guides
Guides carry a visible “Reviewed by the TrustZe screening team” byline. That team owns contractor screening criteria (license, insurance, service-area fit, rejection rules) documented on how we vet. We do not publish fictional author personas for E-E-A-T theater.
What we will and will not claim
- Will: Explain how matching and screening work; cite trade-specific credential checks; surface real verified company profiles when they exist; label cost ranges with methodology when we publish them.
- Will not: Pose as the contractor; fabricate reviews, star ratings, or company CPT entries; invent fee Schedule amounts; publish thin city × trade stubs just for coverage maps.
- Commercial hubs: FAQ sections may appear as HTML for readers; we do not attach FAQPage schema to commercial money hubs.
Matching transparency
Money hubs describe trade-specific screening (for example ACR/TDLR for HVAC, TSBPE for plumbing) and link to the full process on how we vet. Named company modules appear only when a verified tz_company profile is live — today that includes Remodel Denver.
Company proof
Public company profiles ship only for verified contractors. Pros can apply here. Contact: trustze.com/contact · support@trustze.com.
